- Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of ASHAO, responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring that it fulfills its mission, and upholding its values. The Board consists of a diverse group of professionals with expertise in humanitarian aid, development, agriculture, education, law, and finance. The Board provides guidance on policy decisions, financial oversight, and long-term planning, ensuring that ASHAO remains accountable to its stakeholders and compliant with all legal and ethical standards.
- Executive Director
The Executive Director is the chief executive officer responsible for the overall leadership and management of ASHAO. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and is tasked with implementing the strategic direction set by the Board, managing day-to-day operations, and leading the senior management team. The Executive Director is also the key representative of ASHAO to external stakeholders, donors, and government bodies.
- Senior Management Team
The Senior Management Team consists of experienced professionals responsible for overseeing ASHAO’s programmatic, financial, and administrative operations. This includes the heads of key departments such as Education, Humanitarian Aid, Agriculture, Women’s Empowerment, and Finance. The Senior Management Team ensures that ASHAO’s projects are effectively implemented, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and that resources are used efficiently to maximize impact.
- Program Advisory Council
ASHAO also consults with a Program Advisory Council, which includes experts and advisors from various sectors relevant to the organization’s work.
